Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside of Canada, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at marcus.mveds@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

MVEDS AUTO is not responsible for packages delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including weather events, carrier disruptions, or customs processing.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at marcus.mveds@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
