Your satisfaction is our priority at MVEDS AUTO. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To start a return, email us at marcus.mveds@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
